Digital Creative Director
We are now looking for a new Digital Creative Director to join our team. The right candidate will need to be brimming with creative ideas and hungry to push boundaries on the web and deliver work that shines. You’ll be extremely proficient in web technologies and know how to design for maximum effect online, utilising what you know. You’ll be able to mentor and inspire your team, helping them grow as designers and making sure the agency output is nothing short of exceptional every time.
You’ll also be keen to develop and maintain our brands, making sure that our own promotional materials are of the highest quality and stand out from the competition.
Essential Skills
- Expert user of Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, After Effects
- Experienced in HTML/CSS and use of tools like Dreamweaver.
- A good eye for Typography and how best to apply it on the web
- A skilled eye in selecting photography which compliments and maximises your work
- A good working knowledge of design for the web and how best to design for integration into back-end systems, such as CMS’s
- Excellent understanding of Information Architecture and how best to design for this
- Evidence of multiple project handling skills
- Attention to detail and desire for quality control
- Strong presentation and skills and the ability to talk through your work confidently
- Good team leadership skills
- Aware of costs and how to control them effectively in the creative environment
- 5+yrs of experience at minimum Senior Designer level
Beneficial Skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and commercial awareness
- Any database or programming knowledge (more theoretical than practical)
- Social Media knowledge / examples
- Email marketing knowledge
- Knowing how SEO benefits businesses and how to design effectively for it.

Business Development Manager
We are looking for a New Business Manager to generate, develop and close high-value new business opportunities. The successful candidate will deliver compelling business arguments for client investment in bespoke digital solutions including search engine marketing and social media programmes.
They will present these to senior and board level decision makers of major brands and secure significant revenue commitments from them. The role is focused exclusively on generating and developing new accounts and is suited to people who are commercially driven and who can demonstrate a proven ability to create, plan, articulate and sell comprehensive digital strategies.
Salary £40,000 – £50,000

Account Executive
We are looking for two Account Executives to liaise closely with our clients throughout campaigns, on an every-day basis. Manage administrative and campaign work, ensuring all work is completed on time and on budget.
Role activities
- meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
- working with colleagues to devise a strategy or campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
- presenting, alongside agency colleagues – particularly the account manager, the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- working with the account manager to brief development, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of strategies
- liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
- writing client reports
- monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- undertaking administration tasks
- arranging and attending meetings
- making ‘pitches’, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency
Salary £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
