NT Labs is a Kent based company with a national footprint and one that is dominating it’s sector in health products for professional to consumer fish keeping.
We’ve been awarded Outstanding Achievement for excellence in the design, development and implementation of the NT Labs Website by the IMA!
The honor, granted by the Interactive Media Awards, recognises that the project met and surpassed the standards of excellence that comprise the web’s most professional work. The judging consisted of various criteria, including design, usability, innovation in technical features, standards compliance and content. In order to win this award level, the site had to meet strict guidelines in each area – an achievement only a fraction of sites in the IMA competition earn each year.
Bing Productions were approached by NT Labs to bring their online offering inline with the needs of their customer base who range from businesses to consumers with little knowledge of their products and how they can benefit them.
The brief was clear; to create an online presence that helps customers engage with the brand and for the brand to educate and advise them in choosing the correct solution for their requirements.
The new NT Labs website is feature packed with advisory tools, a simple and easy to use shopping experiance, integration to social platforms and much more.
Fish & Pond Diagnosis Tool
The Diagnosis tool is a feature designed to advise NT Labs customers on issues they may have with unhealthy fish or poor water quality. The tool is interactive and provides a great deal of product information with graphical illustrations and recommended products that treat the issue.
Dosage Calculator
When treating anything with any form of medicine or solution dosage is crucial. With so many different products an overal solution for calculating volume of water for various types of ponds or tanks and then calculating the correct does on a per product basis was crucial. The dosage calculator takes a pre set product does amount and generates the correct dose based on volume. This leaves all the hard work to the site and the customer having a clear understanding of the product and it’s recommended dose. Simple.
Stockist Finder
With over 1000 stockists nation wide, we developed a location based stockist finder, the results show distance from the postcode entered and the product ranges each store stocks. Management for this area is handled within the ecommerce dashboard and is easily updated by NT Labs staff.
