Plümo is an established online and mail order retailer, selling an extensive range of high-end
women’s clothing, jewellery and home accessories.
Bing Productions have been working closely
with plümo to help develop their new ecommerce website and create an online strategy to raise the
profile of the business both on and offline.
Throughout the project Bing Productions has worked closely with O’Mara Design who developed
the front-end design for the new plümo website.
Plümo Objectives
- Create a fresh and contemporary look-and-feel to their website and enhance the online
customer experience.
- Streamline order fulfilment processing, allowing for back orders, multiple warehouse set-ups
and direct delivery integration.

How we helped
- Plümo wanted a design that extended their catalogue and brand message online. With clear
views on design direction, plümo supplied a well defined creative brief, to which we added
our own flair and experience.
- Using our ecommerce solution Emporium, we developed a multiple warehouse, order
fulfilment and order processing system that removed the need for 3rd party stock systems.
This is has future proofed plümo’s back office systems for the foreseeable future.
- Emporium connects directly into social channels, delivering news updates and product
information on Facebook and Twitter, providing a layer of unattended product promotion.
- As a Sage Pay approved partner we are able to integrate Sage Pay solutions into our clients’
systems, providing slicker checkout processing that is 100% compliant with PCI security
standards.
- We designed SEO & PPC strategies to drive quality, targeted traffic to the new website.
